We actually look not bad.
We're not exactly up against much but our movement and passing is pretty decent.

No hidden meanings for me. You need 2 goalkeepers. Alexander knows he won't get a better wage elsewhere or play for a better team.
I would agree with this.
He probably has a very good life. Good wage, part of a winning team and over his time here, for a back up goalie, he's had a fair few games.
With the squad that Walter has built, everyone seems to be mates, training must be fantastic and he might just be comfortable.

Play like we did for the first half hour against Bursa then I think we can get a win, play like we did in the rest of the game then I'm fearful.

Weiss may get some game time here because he'll probably get a bit of space however I don't see any reason to change the way we've been playing.

Looking at our bench against Motherwell it's obvious we need squad players.
He might not be outstanding but he doesn't need to be. At this point in time we need guys that are able to fill in where and when needed.
I know bugger all about him but he's been here long enough for the management to suss him out and if they feel he's worth a punt then fine by me. He's not going to be on massive wages or anything so it's not gonna be a massive gamble.

No wonder every day golfers are taking longer and longer to play a round of golf, those fucking Yanks taking an age over every shot, I get pissed off with prats taking 4 to 4 1/2 hours in a round of golf, but they learn from watching the pros. Something needs to be done imo. It'll end up killing the game.
On a positive, great performance by Europe, especially Molinari sinking the short one at the last after holing hee haw all day.
Dustin Johnson and Jim Furyk were taking the piss over that putt on the 16th only for Johnson to leave it short
I think F Molinari could come out tomorrow and play superbly. I think all he needs is a bit of confidence and holing that putt on the last could just give him it.
Every one of the Europeans stood up to be counted today. Westwood and Donald to be -5 in a foursome is just outstanding.

I'd like to see Davis out on the right and Weiss out on the left, particularly if O'shea is at right back for them.
With the way Davis has been performing, playing him in the middle is like playing with a man down for most of the game.

You'd also be telling any future/up and coming refs that if you're a Rangers/celtic fan then you're never going to get any of the big games. Why would they bother? The pinnacle of their career would be refereeing a Hearts/Hibs derby, hardly a massive coup.
Its a nice idea in principle but it simply wouldn't be workable up here.
