What are the admins thoughts on the suggestion in OP post?

I know but in our thirst for information on our current plight u assume it's one of us with important breaking news.

Just seen another Tim with a zero post count start a wind up thread in the BD. Is it not an idea to monitor new posters first 20 posts lets say (their posts don't appear until verified by admin), also they can't start threads until they reach 100 posts? I'm pulling these no.s out of thin air but I do think it would be an idea to nullify these clowns. I know other forums use these kinds of methods. They are not welcome, making it harder for them won't neccesarily stop every idiot but it means it would take more time & effort for them to infiltrate, certainly worth a thought IMO. I hate being ambushed by their **must read** threads, I'm sure lots of RMers feel the same

What credible bank in their right mind would touch rangers.? It's hardly earth shattering news that a banks are scared to underwrite an RFC overdraft, we've just suffered a fecking insolvency event. I don't think who they sign for is the issue, it's purely if they are legally allowed to or not. Any axes that FIFA have to grind wont come into play on this one. Although the past 5momths have taught me to expect lies, deceit and backstabbing on daily basis so it wouldn't surprise me in all honesty

The 'Player is a sellable asset' issue is the one that I think could blow the normal TUPE legalities out of the water.

How would this pan out..... the likes of ness and lafferty have reportedly already signed for other clubs, green (if he's still here) challenges the players right not to transfer under TUPE and wins. Bear in mind most players will have new clubs by this point in the summer, what would happen? Would they be legally obliged to return to rangers? Would rangers be due compensation from the clubs? Would rangers be due compensation from the players themselves? In this scenario It could get very messy, rangers (provided they won the legal challenge) would own the players, yet the players would've signed for another club and will challenge rangers to the hilt on any court decision, not to mention the players new clubs would get involved In the fight to protect their own investment. FIFA, Uefa along with the respective cross border football associations would also be dragged Into the squabble. Has their been any precedents set that may show us how this may pan out? Also does the sfa not hold the players registrations? therefore the players can't play for a team in a different country until the sfa release them. The sfa indicated they would not release the registrations until the dust settled on any court action iirc What a fecking mess
