    Have emailed and tryed to phone the ticket office but i cant get through. I renewed a week last saturday. Just concerned it wont be activated till payment has been taken.

    I phoned up and renewed on saturday but the payment still hasnt been taken and the i never recieved the email i was told would be sent. Its appearing on my purchase history on the site. Should I be worried yet?
