It doesnt matter what has been said. I've never experienced anything like it in my life. When is the last time a Rangers manager caused a split in the dressing room, or between the fans ? It has never happened. It is not the Rangers way.

To be honest mate, I could manage Rangers better. I challenge anyone to state 1 good decision that PLG has made on behalf of RFC. I was excited like everyone else about his arrival. PLG has destroyed that enthusiasm. I believe that Murray thought he was getting the best man for the job, like me, but come on, a jokes a fucking joke. RESPECT Is what is missing.

PLG is the man who thinks he is bigger than Rangers. Remeber that Ferguson has been with the club for how many years now ? A man speaking his mind about the club he loves or doing what he thinks is best is not an offence. If he wanted a new captain is has to go to Prso, no debate. Gavin Rae, WTF. No offence Gavin but as a man or player he is not Rangers class.

were talking about the wrong things at Rangers. In my life I have never seen RFC being run so badly. In the league we're 6 points off of 8th place. Its a disgrace and it has to end now. Not at the end of the season, now. As a manager you have to earn the respect of players and fans and I dont think PLG has done any of them and to be honest I'm starting to actually dislike him as a person. I agree totally with you. I am amazed that there are still punters behind Le Guen, its unbelievable. For me, he has not made one right decision since the day he walked through the door and now with Ferguson. He's turned our club into a fucking joke.

Is there anyone on this forum who respects Le Guen ? I doubt it and if we dont respect him the players wont respect him.

I cant see PLG winning anything. He's still to sign a GREAT player for us, he's actually never signed a great player for any team because were the first team to allow him to do it. He's underestimated the SPL and overestimated the talent of the players he has signed. This is not good.

Its unfortunate. Buffel is a good Rangers player in the right formation. Im asking you to think about the rest of the talent in the SPL. He's being played out of position in a formation that doesn't suit him, this is PLG's choice. Are you the kind of fan who gets behind the manager no matter what (Im thinking of a French goalie here) I still dont believe that PLG is behind a 442, its obvious he isin't because he didn't play like that from the start. I for one would like to see BUffel stay at Rangers for longer than the next six months, it wont happen though as I think PLG has already made up his mind not to play him.

We have only won 10 games in the league this season. This is nothing short of attricious. It cannot be defended and we have to stengthen in the New Year, no matter what. On our day we can compete with Sellik, but its not good enough to have two strikers out injured and then who comes in ? PLG made a huge mistake at the start of the season by playing Letizi in goal, that man cost us 5 or 6 games without a shadow of a doubt. So now we have the right goalie, a crap defence, an OK midfield (Im still not sold on Clement) and a forward line changed more often than a whores drawers. We need 16 excellent players on and off the park, with the young new guys making up the rest. They cannot be the backbone of our team, they have no spine.

I admit I was one of the fans calling for Le Guens head at the beginning of the season, but we seem to have turned a corner and began to talk about the football that our club is playing (about time too !) We should win tonight (nice bit of gamesmanship by Setanta dont you think ? Away at Inverness 8pm kick off) So 14 points, 4 months to go, it looks close to me. <rattat> <spinnir>
