I've got it on too, wish I'd interviewed this guy when I did my Scottish Youth Football thing. We got Jim Fleeting and he knew nothing, woulda been better interviewing his daughter.

Yeah, it's always been brilliant when we've had a big exciting signing come out of the blue, so to speak, that we've known nothing about. It's just that now, people expect that. The only thing that annoyed me this window, was the "we need to sell to buy", then "we don't need to sell to buy", vice versa, we should really be told that much, due to current circumstances. Otherwise the media fabricate stories. Either way, signings or no signings, I will back the club 100%.

Very well written. I think the club have been too ambiguous with our signing strategy for a start, they've not told us anything really, and when they have, it has been contradicted. It's always just a waiting game, but I think Mervan might be the only signing, hope I'm wrong and I hope if any striker leaves us, it is David Healy.

If he's gone, who cares. Just hope he doesn't turn out to be one we missed out on by not snapping him up, but in this situation, who wouldn't go to Sunderland. A Premiership team on the rise, with a good manager who has a decent man management record and doesn't sign a severe amount of flops. Also a team who, if the papers are to believed, which a foreign player probably would, are more stable than us both financially and as both a club and a business. Good luck to the guy, he took the smart option that anyone who isn't a bluenose would take, he gets to play in the premiership and gets more money - and we won't miss what we never had.

Beyond a joke. I've been to one game in the past year because I became unemployed, and can't afford to, I watch every match that I can, and I spent money I didn't have to get to the match at the weekend. I used to go to every game when money wasn't an option, so don't go playing the 'super fan' card on me. Calm yerself down and think before you speak.

Because we need 11 good players, simple as that. Mervan looked good from the videos, that is all I said, that I hope he is the man for the job. My reference to jaager, was that he is a natural right back, something we are lacking. I don't think we shouldn't get experienced bodies, but I personally believe Novo or Lovenkrands would be a step backwards, and merely short term. Not what we need.
