  1. Boys just knocking about with a normal polo with shitey sponsors
  2. There are going to be bumps in the road and today they pulled through. We would have lost or drawn that game last season. People who think the league is over are wrong. I'll start being more confident if we get through to the end of January with a decent gap.
  3. That vipleague link isn't great for me. Just tried hesgoal and seemed a lot better
  4. Cheers! Just actually read about this online. I would def change for that price. Need to see if the local tesco has it.
  5. I bought the fortnite limited edition for my soon to be 8 year old. It was 289 from Smyths and came with a game. I was looking at other deals but as it has fortnite on it already it effectively comes with 2 games. Cant be fucked returning it for a better deal as the saving will be minimal.
  6. Crail is a great course mate. London links, leven, ladybank are also nice courses in fife.
  7. I've played muirfield and the old course. The old course is obviously really nice but more the history you play it for. Some feeling walking down the 1st and up the last but I've played much better courses.
  8. I want to buy the junior home strip but it is only coming up on sports direct or house of fraser. Would prefer to buy from the club directly.
  9. It'll be his first Rangers top so I was really wanting the home one tbh. The away one is nice but he will ruin it due to the colour and although the 3rd kit is decent they will hardly wear it
  10. I was going to buy my son the home top but judging by this thread there is no point as the tops are shite quality or is it just that the service is bad?
  11. I have a question as never read this thread or am I into gaming apart from a bit of fifa / pro evo quite a few years ago now. Son turns 8 next birthday and we delayed getting him a console last year as his younger brother was at a horrendous age. What are the recommendations? So far it looks like a Nintendo switch as it seems more age appropriate and that is what most of his mates have but I have no idea.
  12. Auchterarder is good. Used to be a junior member there but not played it in a while. Just make sure you get it over the wall at the first
  13. Turned up yesterday and the courses were closed. Useless pricks never told us either. Ended up playing pitreavie in dunfermline which was ok. Quite short and relatively easy. Greens were decent.
  14. Think we have 2 on the decent t course and one on the other. Never played either. As long as they are in ok condition I'm not that fussed. Only played once this year. Considering getting a membership again next year
  15. Off to dalmahoy tomorrow with mates for 2 nights. Dinner, bed and breakfast for 300. Shame the pool is shut. I'll be half cut by the time we get there but always a good laugh. Dusted off the blades at the driving range the other night and was hitting it ok.
  16. Hilton park is pretty good from memory. A few years ago since I played it mind you.
  17. I'm really wanting to get back into it as used to be quite handy back in the day but having 2 young'ish kids has put it on the back burner and probably a bit late now given we are well into july. What is putting me off is the initial outlay. I still have my clubs but reckon I'd need a new set of irons and a driver. That with along with a membership in the region of 600 a year means I'd be shelling out a fair bit of cash. Got a wknd withates at dalmahoy in august but will more be about the drinking than the golf.
  18. Bournemouth prob got their highest attendance of the year
  19. Played today at the dukes with my brother on at itison deal. Pretty wet underfoot but the greens were ok. It was ok but would never pay full fee for it. Played pretty well tbf considering it's probably the first round I've played without drinking beer on the way round for a few years.
  20. I stopped playing properly a few years ago due to kids and I hardly played any medals the last couple of years to justify paying the money. I still play 3 or 4 times a year but 2 of those rounds are a golf wknd with mates and I can hardly see never mind play golf after about 4 holes. I thought about taking it up again recently properly but it has become so expensive. I would need a new set of irons and driver. My irons are Ben Hogan blades which are still in ok condition but the distance is shite. If I factor in new irons, driver and membership you are prob talking near £2k. Unless you are playing 2 or 3 times a week in the summer which takes up so much time it is hard to justify.
  21. He's put on weight as well since his last fight. Cant see him lasting much longer tbh
  22. Just saw whyte on sky. Sounded like he's been punched a few times too much
  23. If wilder catches anyone its goodbye but he basically walks around trying to windmill anyone even the ref
