Cant listen to any BBC stuff outside the UK - they block it all

Does anyone know of a way to watch or listen in live to tonight's game for us puir wee souls stuck 6000 miles away from the action? I can't see it listed on First Row and i can't listen in live to the (shite) BBC as it won't allow me outside of the UK to do so. Any help anyone? Cheers
