Far from a easy game need to be at our best from the off going for a good 2-1 win for the mighty bear's

Our defense definitely needs improvement we need to look to bring in a couple of players this window to deal with it But it was a good win full out attack in the second half loads better then having to watch us play 20 passes to get over the halfway line like it has been

I think everyone is aware of the problems we have had but it was a good result friendly or not let's see if we can take that into our upcoming games could have just been the boost we needed

Looking forward to the game it's a good friendly for us hopefully this will get our game back on track going for a 2-1 win for the mighty Bear's

Sorry I meant our U18s is what i was talking about which is nothing like English Championship U23s standard & Beale will know this Hopefully he will give the lad a chance his still only 16 so no rush but it would be good to see what he can do coming off the bench in the odd game

He won his way on to the first team bench from the U23s at 15 & the U23s is definitely a lot harder then our youth league

No one is he was playing in the U23s which is a lot higher standard then our B team league

Hopefully Beale will start to use him in some first team games can't be doing him any good playing him in a lower standard then he was at Millwall

Well finally a done deal not my first choice but will welcome him as our manager let's hope he can make it a success for us

It does happen in every league sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't

Sadly that's a big problem for anyone coming in trying to put their own style & players to carry it out

It's always a risk doesn't always work out regardless how much experience they have The manager will always take the blame but sometimes it's just down to the players & budget you got to work with

QPR haven't got that money to pay him that he be lucky to be in half that

Nothing can be officially announced until it's a done deal I feel it will be Beale but I would take Dyche over him all day long

I do when you got a skipper blaming everyone but himself for his own errors doesn't help build a good team spirit
