Why does everyone read so much into the McCoist abuse? Is it unheard of to slate a manager when the team is playing shit football? That's the only thing I care about and I have seen no team improvement in Rangers for a long time, in fact, I think we're starting to go backwards. Have said before I'd like to see him in the SPL and give him a shot, but fuck me we're dire. We'll toil to win the league next year playing as we are, never mind challenge in the SPL in 2 years time.

We beat teams like Elgin, Arbroath etc week in, week out. I was embarrassed when we played the Tangerine Taigs last season, so there certainly is a gulf. Can see what he means, but there certainly is a marked difference.

It would be great if he did, but for totally different reasons to the ones listed in the OP. His football management leaves a lot to be desired, the only thing I'm judging him on.
