  3. and the bloke doin the filming is me Just voted that negative instead of positive by accident. apologies.
  4. Makes me wonder if all assets of the club were transferred to the newco as the club owned a scatter of plush properties. A whole building on Park terrace along with houses outside the city that were traditionally used for new players for the first few months, loan payers etc.
  5. edited that out before it went right over yer heed. too slow.
  6. 31 in the SFL means 11 in the SPL. Use yer fucking bonce son. More chance of playing in la fucking liga next year than the SPL, lay off the fucking bacardi breezers princess.
  7. Unfortunately true, we are not a member of the FA. I was asking Gordon Smith about it a while ago and he after abit of digging he confirned what you have said above.
  8. If large amounts of people are cancelling due to not wanting to watch the SPL anymore Sky will decrease/cut funding to the league and get it right up the clubs who voted No to us being in the SPL.
  9. I thought STV were paying £1m for Div1 rights if we are in it. Whats changed there?
  10. seeing a lot more players these days with vaporub all over their strip in the chest area to help with breathing. Anyone done this? If so, does it come off in the wash?
  11. believe it or dont believe it, i dont care. Im just passing on information which may or may not be true.
  12. It is my understanding that Charles Green had allegedly already informed Ally he was not part of his plans until the bid from Walter came in. Mr Green promptly realised it was not in his interest to anger the fans and switched his decision. I cannot quote this as fact, however it has come from sources close to the family.
  13. Sorry I wont be allowed into the broomy when your mob are visiting.
  14. Always with the tatties.... What?
  15. your desire to bring back De Tunder and your unwavering passion for solanum tuberosum
  16. Do you have any idea what your talking about? A share in a publicly limited company (plc) denotes part ownership. When a company is floated as a PLC the assets and debts are divided equally into a set amount of shares. When you buy a share, you buy one of these equally divided pieces giving you part ownership. Share price increaes and decreases with projected company value. Its a fairly simple concept and pretty general knowledge even to non-business orientated people. Also, quite relevant to Rangers Football CLub plc. Shares ARE the club.
  17. This makes sense. The highest bidder pledges the most money to the CVA. The administrators are acting purely in the interest of the debtors. Im not taking this as gospel either though yet!
  18. Really? So when you buy a share what are you purchasing?
  19. Selling the assets to fund the debtors is called liquidation. Administrators will not be involved in a CVA, the new owner will handle that.
  20. Ill try and put it in a more simply terms. Say I contact Duff and Phelps and offer 20million quid. Im then chosen as preferred bidder and sign all the papers and own ibrox, the players, murray park and all other assets/debts. Where has my 20million gone?
  21. Indeed this is what I suspected, but im not taking it as gospel just yet. If it really is the case then its by far the most important part of this entire situation. Duff and Phelps are auctioning Craig Whytes shares. The shares he paid a pound for. The administrator is looking to provide Craig Whyte with as much money as they can get for him? The higher the bid, the less money the buyer will have to pour into the club and therefore is not in the interest of the club. This simply cannot be the case, otherwise Duff and Phelps are guilty of some serious crimes and are not acting in the interest of the company they are controlling currently.
  22. How are shares seperate? Shares are simply a legal representation of a fraction of the company including all assets and debts. Shares are not seperate. edit - shares ARE the company
