  1. Isn't this a fight they should be fighting it is allegedly a fighting fund.
  2. Any word that RFFF are going to take this up, or are funds exhausted.
  3. No the loss was down to him getting involved with Murray to whom he sold back the shares for £8 million.
  4. I thought you would have realised that the King biggest investor myth was exactly that, Joe Lewis bought 25% of the club for £40 million and sold it for a hefty loss of arounf £32 million.
  5. Why don't objectors just stay out of the thread and find another more to their liking.
  6. You for your own reasons do not wish to acknowledge that there was nothing to apologise for as per Tribunal ruling, King should have kept his own counsel rather than look like a fool that he has been shown to be with inarticulate drivel.
  7. You will have plenty of time to yawn in the corner you have painted yourself into.
  8. What was he doing apologising for something entirely legal, seems you and him are on the same page.
  9. As long as we know it was only you he was apologising for.
  10. This Dave King ? Former Rangers director Dave King has said sorry to Scottish football for the EBT scandal which has plunged the game into civil war. On a day when a Walter Smith-led takeover consortium pulled out of a £6million bid to buy the club, King expressed concern over a perceived lack of humility and acceptance of wrongdoing from the club’s powerbrokers. 11. What others think the last point about organised crime and threats is cringeworthy in the extreme. http://www.gersneton...am-We-All-Adore
  12. £8 million and a share issue, I am no Carnegie but if he wants to own the club he should do the right thing, he has already ridiculed fan ownership as being a rubbish idea, that doesn't appear to stop him from wanting our money.
  13. Whose money ? isn't he supposed to be loaded and doing the buying, is the reality that he wants a share issue to finance the purchase and get the club for washers.
  14. Whatever happened to RFFF defenders of all that is right pursuers of all that is wrong, lot of money lying about doing nothing when it should be used to fight injustice such as this.
  15. From FF. Another God knows what effort at what or for what good reason. http://forum.followf...38&postcount=35
  16. King on the pipedream. Dave King has dismissed as a pipedream the idea Rangers could ever be owned and operated by its fans. The Ibrox director says his club's supporters already invest more in their team than any other followers in the world and it's unrealistic to expect more. He says the concept of fan ownership, backed by bodies such as the Rangers Trust, won bank and Murray Group support during the club's darkest days last season. But he emphatically stated it was always a non-starter in his eyes and there is no great groundswell of support for fan ownership among the majority of the Light Blues legions. King said: "The club was on the market last season under circumstances unrealistic in terms of expectation. "The bank thought they were going to get this and that and then you had the fan plan. "The fan plan was always rubbish, rubbish. We knew it was never going to happen but the bank liked it and certain people within the Murray Group were putting it forward.
  17. Desperation to smear in the extreme plus a poor understanding of the English language.
  18. ALLY McCoist today insisted cost-cutting measures at Rangers will not have any impact on his first-team squad. McCoist is confident his players will not be leaving due to cuts Gers chief executive Craig Mather this week confirmed the Ibrox club was actively trying to reduce wages and drive down outgoings. Those ongoing measures could include prominent employees - including manager McCoist - having their salaries slashed. But the Light Blues boss has assured fans this process will not result in any players being offloaded by the SPFL League One side. The Third Division champions have brought in eight free agents during the summer and have started the 2013/14 campaign well. McCoist said: "I haven't been told it will impact on my squad. The wages have obviously come down dramatically in the last two years. "People will argue they are still high for where we are. But I would argue that 36,000 season ticket holders deserve to see the best football we can give them. "We have brought in eight free transfers and seven or eight have gone the other way. "It is my job to get the best team out on the park that I possibly can within a sensible budget. I haven't been told any of my squad are under threat." Meanwhile, McCoist has revealed he is "very hopeful" he can arrange a loan deal for Rangers goalkeeper Scott Gallacher. Gallacher has done well in his appearances for the Gers this season and has kept clean sheets in the wins over Stranraer and Airdrie. But Cammy Bell is set to come into the starting line-up against East Fife at Ibrox today and will feature from now on. McCoist is keen for Gallacher to get first- team experience and will hand experienced England stopper Steven Simonsen a deal if he goes on loan. He said: "We are a little bit closer to Scott going out on loan. I am very hopeful something can be arranged in the next 24 hours. "We are desperately keen to offer Simonsen something as soon as we get Scott organised. We have had one or two enquiries for our other lads and these will be taken further in the next 24 hours." McCoist has admitted he is keen to bring in a defender and a striker and confirmed a deal to bring out-of-contract Bosnian centre half Boris Pandza is still a possibility. He also confirmed he is keen to hand former Republic of Ireland youth internationalist Sam Kelly a contract. Meanwhile, McCoist admits he will be unable to bring in Kenny Miller until January as the former Scotland striker has signed a one-year extension with Vancouver Whitecaps. He said: "Kenny is not a player we could get just now. But he has stated that he would like to come back." http://doiop.com/all...e-for-stars-pay
  19. King's idea of investment is another share issue ? Dave King last night insisted that having to pay £45million to settle his dispute with the South African tax authorities will not halt his Rangers takeover ambitions. Instead, the former Ibrox director said the sum agreed will actually increase his capacity to invest in the Ibrox club - and ensure he passes any SFA 'fit and proper person' test. Speaking as Greenock bus tycoon Sandy Easdale claimed to be the new largest shareholder after concluding a deal to buy the shares of former chief executive Charles Green, King remained bullish over his long-term ambitions. 'I regard the sum agreed as being very acceptable,' he told Sportsmail after all criminal charges were dropped. 'It had no impact on my ability to invest in Rangers. In fact, the opposite is true. 'It means there are now no restrictions on me whatsoever - plus the 'fit and proper' issue disappears as the fraud allegations were finally withdrawn by the state.' King lost £20m in a previous investment in Rangers when the club entered administration. In an interview with Sportsmail three weeks ago, however, he admitted he still sees himself playing a part in the club's future. The Glaswegian exile admits he was offered chunks of shares, but regarded the asking price as 'absurd'. King has already hatched plans for a fresh share issue if he gains control - with the cash earmarked for players rather than the pockets of investors.
  20. I suspect there are those who would have seen us go under if it could get Green erased from our history, those who denegrate his actions in our hour of need really nead to take a good look at themselves, the club remains intact because of him and his backers complete with history, not good enough for some malcontents it would appear.
  21. You really should stop embarassing yourself your posts on FF are vitriolic about Green, nothing like running with the herd or keeping to the party line to curry favour.. It is plain to all what you posted maybe you don't or didn't understand why you posted "real Rangers men".
