  1. Dunfermline? You're havin a laugh. Ditto Gretna, Partick, Livvie and Morton. And I don't think there's room for 2 top league Clubs in Dundee, when was the last time both were in the SPL or whatever for a few years in a row? please by all means show me your top 16 then? if you agree with a 16 team league of course. an the quality at dundee utd this year has actualy got better an i think they will look like a decent side, and dundee with alex rae has got a decent squad there as well. partick thistle an morton would be able to attract around 4000 each week i would say by being in the premier league, dunfermline were in the premier league last year, so no im not having a laugh. livingston an dunfermlines luck has been a bit out the last few years, but they are both decent teams.
  2. you know what columbo i think your right well add in another uefa cup place for the winner of the other cup. better fone back the spl...lol
  3. give the guy a chance, far to many people out there wanting to jump down peoples throats an call them shite, hes played 1 game and scored 1 goal, an he never even played the full match, at this rate he`ll beat sebos record of what something like 3 goals over a full season an cousin will probably do it in about 5 games. also i think a big thing to note is, hes a strong, well built guy, i think he wil hold his own, altho will have to adapt quickly as our game is played at a slightly faster an harder pace than the french league imo.
  4. if i could make the top league 16 teams it would be; rangers celtic aberdeen dunfermline dundee dundee utd gretna *altho there shite an i hate them...lol* partick thistle banter at a jags match is amazing...lol kilmarnock motherwell falkirk morton livingston ICT hearts hibs then i would have 3 divisions of 10 teams, with a playoff system in place, premier league bottom 1 goes down, 2nd bottom an 3rd bottom go into a play off similar to that of the english premierships set up at the moment. and get the split the league into top 6 bottom 6, what a stupid fuckin idea that was. top 2 champions league, an 3 places in uefa cup for - 3rd place in spl, winner of 2 cups. non of this oh u finish 2nd so u can go into the uefa cup diddy round an get knocked out by an icelandic team. and whoever finishes bottom of the 3rd division most likely albion rovers then bin them into a junior league an let a junior team have a chance, again similar to the english set up im goin2 phone the spl the now
  5. you dont half talk a power of shite. an im a rangers fan telling you this aswell. they support there club like we support ours. an picking up on another note i will agree there are a lot of rangers fans who are jealous of celtic, i for one, who obviously wish we had the money they have, but we dont. were hardly going to deny it an say nah i dont want any money id rather sign guys from the first division rather than the english premiership. yeah the description isnt the best, but it does make sense to have the opening ceremony at celtic park as the village is getting built there, an the WHOLE area is suppose to be getting regenerated not just one area. which is good for the east end of glasgow as it badly needs it. altho i will agree right now it does look like down town bagdhad.
  6. for once rangers arent connected with just about every player in the world about `how there def. coming to ibrox`. kenny arthur signs 8 year deal at rangers worth 20k a week
  7. got my scarf ready headin for the train, i stay next to hampden... anyone else near it, the roar is unbelievable
  8. before the penalties get taken can i just say what a brilliant game this has been, and its brilliant having it in glasgow. now to all those that arent im going out right now to george square to get drunk with my spanish counterparts...lol gnite all ill post wen i get home drunk
  9. oooooh 2-1 mr kanoute.... good goal, espanyol defence went to sleep there. tut tut
  10. apparently it was reported on english radio earlier that there was 32 buses (if i remember right) waiting directly outside the ground and 14 flights leaving tonight to take fans back home so that they cannot cause any more trouble. was quite suprised by good on them, stops a lot of trouble.
  11. probably just the fact he now plays for celtic (a big rival in the spl) i was watching the game discussing it with my mate, its stupid the fact he gets boo`d when there were fans protesting he should stay backing him all the way, then he gets sacked *through standing up for what he believes in and trying to stop a dictator of a chairman destroying a football club he loves*. if anything if i were a hearts fan *which im not* i would have been applauding him. some fans just have very short memories.
  12. it is indeed mate, came out the hall on suckiehall street after watching the game and drove round to be met in a traffic jam with this building infront of me collapsing in the flames...wasnt nice, altho there must have been about 500 people on the otherside of the motorway with cameras etc filming or just watching. also fink my car got in the news with me waving in the background..lol
  13. how bout this one??? oh no shit it burnt down soz terrible joke, its late an i couldnt think of a building that hadnt been posted (beer)
  14. rutherglen........er.............shit hole on earth (beer1) (header) <RMTIME>
  15. i have to agree with some of the above posts, young players moving to rangers or celtic are proving to be a complete waste of there potential, surely most players will now look at riordan, pearson and the many more, and see it just doesnt work to move to rangers or celtic coz u can play 4 or 5 good games in a row and get potrayed as `the next big thing`.
