I listened to these phone ins after Scotland got knocked out against the Croats and not one person phoned in and asked why can't we produce players that can bring a ball under control surrounded by up to 3 players comfortably , not look like they're going to lose it and find one of they're own players with a pass. I listened to so called pundits say this guy was "brilliant" and that guy was "brilliant". Utter tripe yet so typically Scottish. Overrating ordinary talent. Gilmour can do it , Barry Ferguson could do it and so could Souness. That's 3 generations FFS. Simply not good enough
