With a club with a set structure, ideas and philosophies that he was brought up with and has been ingrained in for the majority of his career (and even at Ajax there were fans there who weren't sure about him).

We don't have the resources and as a support we don't have the patience that he would need to overhaul the entire structure and philosophy of the club, not just in terms of playing staff but in terms of all the other things that he would want to change too.

I know people are desperate for us to appoint a manager that's deemed to be as 'box office' as Rodgers was for them but de Boer is not the right fit for us at the moment.

You could adapt the same argument for when Rodgers went to them. He's not needed to spend a lot to get his philosophy across and adapt them to his styLe.

We are the perfect club to get him back on track and us back in the mix domestically.

    Again IMHO.

Aye? If you can't grasp why its a huge risk appointing a manager who's last two managerial roles have seen him last less than 100 days combined then that says more about you than me.

If you think he couldn't improve upon what we have then yer a mug.

Regardless of his last 2 appointments (extenuating circumstances at inter and palace shat the bed) he has won league titles in a backwater league where 3 teams swap the title.

He'd be a success I reckon in the goldfish bowl up here.

Btw he lasted 84 days at Inter and how many at palace.

Says all I need to know about you tbh.

Willing to throw shite out there as fact to suit his opinion.

I think he would be a disaster tbh.

He's ingrained in the Ajax way of doing things and the last thing we need is a more high profile version of Warburton in the sense that he's going to obsess over playing the perfect brand of football all the time.

We need a manager who can get us well organised, make us hard to beat and make the best out of what he has and I don't think de Boer fits that criteria at all.

    Just your opinion obv.

He has won titles. I will just leave titles that there.

  4. Only way to come out of this on top as I see it is board intervention if not already pulling strings and planting seeds.

Miller & PC out the door and Frank De Boer in, was he not first choice and knocked us back? Before PC.

He'd be an excellent fit with us now after he has been slapped down from the "big league"

Passion isn't something you can add or falsely display mate. Your either born with it and believe me Pedro whether the right man at the moment or not is a born winner and he needs to boot that team around and let them be in no doubt as to why they get the chance in a lifetime to pull on a Rangers shirt.

That's why he threw McKay ,MOH and others out.

Just watch us go on a good run now

Hope yer right about him being a winner as I just don't see it in him. I see an actor someone pretending as to what a Rangers manager should be.

Didn't look that way to me at the weekend; nor in his interaction with some of the players over the games this season.

I don't see him having a go as passion I see it as having a pop at not doing what they are told.

At the weekend I saw a fraud being found out. No passion in it just the reaction of a man in the process of being exposed. In my opinion obviously.

I wasn't the one who said he was on the plane, I was told he was coming and I stand by that. I don't care who comes as long as we keep fucking tanking those 3 points. I would love Perdo do do well because

    1. It will ram it up all the pundits and tarriers

    2. He gets what we are all about , loves the club he isn't another breadman.

He is exactly that. His passion is false, he is a fraud and a failure thus far.

He is pretending to be Rangers manager I see nothing in him that tells me otherwise.

  8. Surely the leak is Miller.

as soon as he's dropped bang inside scoop on the back pages.

he's a cretin see the state of him when he came on at the weekend, flapping his arms up and down shaking his beady knapper, that mad 50 yard run towards the goalie to find a pass. Thanks but no thanks Kenny.

In fact I had mckay fingered for the mhedia grass but as it's still happening it seems Miller may well be the enemy at the gates.

Makes sense as he's completely finished as a footballer.

McInnes or Pedro shouldn't be the Rangers manager.

McInnes has won one trophy in Aberdeens  first "golden period" for about 30-40 years.

The Deila season there was a genuine chance they could win the league, they had ample opportunity to go top of the league. Infact their was a point where they played two home games in a week and could've went top by a couple of points and drew both of them.

McInnes doesn't deserve a crack at the job. He's a decent manager in Scotland but he isn't the manager who strikes fear into players and to take us to the league title. We need an experienced, old school manager at the moment to win that fucking title.

Fuck all this building for the future nonsense, that'll come when were back in the big time.

We need a a Redknapp or Mark Hughes type manager. No more fucking unknown quantities or managers in the Scottish league who should get the job because they finished above us. Still finished 30 behind the tarriers

Red knap haha surely your at it.

As for Hughes dream on brother

  10. Rather have Mcinnes than the shite we have now. As of time of post we are 5th in the league. Worst results in ......... Blah de fucking blah.

rather have McInnes than this guy steering the ship.

Fuck me you would think we have the financial backing of a Saudi prince and have the pick of the managerial elite on here.

To us someone like McInnes would be a good fit.
