  1. I would have kept Garner too he was good aeriall threat
  2. yes I get that, clearly there is a lot of angst about Pedro, if you highlight his good points, it seems to send some on here into a frenzy, I guess opinions differ, we can agree to disagree
  3. i wasn't ignoring you man, to answer your question: When Pedro was appointed like everybody else I had never heard of him, but he came with the backing of a club legend; Pedro Mendes. During his original presser when he was unveiled I immediately liked the guy; he got what our club was about and I thought this guy has charisma and can win us a title within 2 seasons and is worth taking a risk on. However after he assembled his own squad the Progres nightmare happened, I was gutted. From there on dressing room strife got worse and major poor decisions went against us e.g. Jack sending off v Hibs and Kilmarnock, plus had we got Moult last Summer it could have all been different . In Summary Pedro had the poise, tactics and personality to be a good Rangers manager, but he was short on time and Scotland didn't suit him, I wish him the best .
  4. On a lighter note: yes I do and i'm on holiday in Portugal but there is a pack of marauding dogs which keep barking, but the caravan must keep moving but I dont want to run them over it's a constant battle
  5. I know of the history of the Huguenots; probably more than most, but your missing the point my user name has nothing to do with the word Huguenot that's it as Pedro himself would say - Period.
  6. i dont think there was any other than what's mentioned above
  7. its just a username as is no cryptic meanings etc calm down
  8. no need to be a spelling tyrant, take it easy
  9. hyndman and vuckic both skilfull players who would be in our starting 11 at the moment
  10. when you descrobe yourself in this way nobody cares
  11. Warburton was disrespectful, childish and lacked integrity, the same could not be said of Pedro.
  12. I'd actually put Le Guen and Pedro in the same category, albeit Le Guen had a better track record before coming to us; both were decent foreign managers with good tactics and appreciated the size, stature and history of our club, but through player strife and impediments to delivering their football philosophy they couldn't deliver the necessary results quickly enough, both managers left with dignity and it is a real shame it didn't work out for them. However both left a legacy of some good players: Le Guen: Papac and Pedro: Morelos are two players that come to mind.
  13. considering nacho's recent illness, if that OP is an attempt at humor or some sort of trying to be witty, it's in poor taste or somebody has undiagnosed autism
  14. Pedro would still be our manager only for some really poor refereeing and a bitter dressing room with too much player power from some quarters; there is no denying that
  15. I liked Pedro, he had the poise, talk and tactics to be an excellent Rangers manager; he came across as a very good guy, i think it would have been very different for him and he'd still be our manager only for a few very poor refereeing decisions e.g jack sending of against hibs, this is what eventually got him the road and the whole foreign players v British players divide that soon enveloped the whole squad; I genuinely wish him the best wherever he is; I will always remember him for his witty comments during pre-match interviews; All the best Pedro.
  16. mcinnes was never coming here after the first month when pedro was gone; and he has bottled it so he wont be coming in the Summer either i fully expect us to have a new manager in the summer in time for the Europa league qualifiers -not murty- our new manger will most likely be British and experienced
  17. not to be pedantic but, surely you mean "biomechanical" rather than biochemical anyways here is an article which quotes the problem I wonder what the actual biomechanical problem was? https://www.theguardian.com/football/2009/jan/09/alan-gow-wolverhampton-wanderers-Rangers
  18. we need to get behind him and cut him some slack hes only just in the door; mark allen surely has seen something noteworthy
  19. was it not alan gow who was released beecause of a biomechaical problem a few years back?
  20. I wonder what exactly the calf injury or ankle injury is exactly ? ie is it biomechanical or induced ie from training contact?
  21. If your scottish then you are british by definition
