Last season we were top scorers but conceded far too many. Looking much better already. Also the keeper and back four that started are ours, not loan signings. So hopefully they will get better the more they play together.

Got to say underwhelmed so far. However having said that it's encouraging that two of the players we have bought rather than got on loan are CBs. Top scorers last season, if we keep that going with a more solid defence there's reason to be hopefull. Also still plenty of time in the window

It can't be good for a player to know he'll get picked regardless of form and effort because it will cost the club money not to play him. Nor can it be good for either club. Players are taken on loan with a view to helping them and the club, but if it turns out the player isn't good enough or isn't putting in the effort then the club shouldn't be fined for leaving him out

2nd is the absolute minimum, but is also the best we can expect. Obviously we will all hope for 1st but to me it's unrealistic to expect it.
