We will be in front of hearts by turn of year, Aberdeen behind us the now.... we were obviously the best team on Sunday with nothing upfront... give gerrard a couple of transfer windows before putting the boot in... we’re moving in right direction, albeit slowly.....

Been all over Europe, new manager, load of new players, woeful start to season domestically & still only 4 from the top ( I don’t include hearts bets top as there pish & will be behind us by Xmas ) i think it’s impossible to get any worse, imo big improvement will be seen domestically once we get group stage of europa over.....

Was in this boozer a few weeks back & watched us v hearts... the beer didn't seem that expensive but wasn't counting my change to see how much it cost, not many bears in the place I'd say about a dozen at most, guy came over at half time took 10 dollars which is fair enough... got uber up, game finished at 12noon nyc time walked it back to midtown with a stop in some boozer for a piss & another beer about halfway back....

Off track a wee bit here..... but best ever day as a Rangers fan for me was 22nd may 2005 " helicopter Sunday " I actually couldn't believe what was happening!! Had a good bevy the night before & went for a curer in a mixed pub to see they are winning, well that's that it I thought... mind 2 Tim fans lighting up cigars with 5 mins to go ? As soon as ft whistle went & it sunk in what had happened got a taxi to the Rangers boozer, what a Night it was. It was just perfect the way it happened & I know that day still hurts them now!!!

As we're talking pubs.... went to louden Copland road, 1st time there for an old firm, was there at 10:30am staff were friendly, punters were sound, 6 pints watching the game, pish result but will be back again.!

Played for the second biggest club in England and one of the biggest in the world, for more or less 20 years and couldn't get it done.
he took a team getting pumped 3-0 at h/t in the final of the champions league by the scruff off the neck & picked up the trophy an hour later.... that's digging deep & winning!!!

Fair point another quality player gets the team more points over season. Once the season really gets into swing after international break, I can see a decent run starting, but think this could be a step to far with a European run as well.

1st ever post on here, hello fellow bears... gutting goal to lose there at death, but there is definite improvement in the team. this team will do well in league & possibly even go close to winning, but we ain't ready yet to compete in league & also play in Europe it's a catch-22 cos we need cash for another couple players! I honestly think the europa league group stages could cost us about 6pts in the league, that could be massive come may.
