Little will be 21 before the season is finished and Loy will be 22.....the same age that Lafferty is, so if you want to play the "give youth a chance" card then you have to play it with Lafferty too. None of the the three of them are "youngsters" anymore and seeing as we have a threadbare squad, I'd rather stick with the one who has shown the most potential and has the most experience at this moment in time. He's played over 100 career games, won an SPL title (scoring a few important goals along the way) and a Scottish Cup aswell as playing for his country about 25 times. Loy & Little haven't come close to that sort of "success", they would be lucky to have 20 career apperances between them, even though they would have been in the same age group as him. I'm no fan of Lafferty and I want him offloaded at the end of the season because he won't make the grade, but people need to stop going out of their way to look for negatives all the time.
