Jasper 157 Posted June 5, 2011 Share Posted June 5, 2011 I just recently bought an iPod shuffle. When I listen to music on it, it doesnt seem to increase the play count of the track on iTunes. When looking at the iPod you can see the playcount there has increased, but not on iTunes. I used to have a classic, and that did it. Also a few months ago a friend of mine, having just bought an iPod shuffle, was using my computer to put music on it. When he connected the iPod to the computer, it would update the play count on iTunes, but its not doing it for me.Anyone have any ideas why its doing this, and how it can be fixed?Cheers Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Never done it before but it seems to make a difference.Though after it tries to do it it just tells me it cant as there is too much in the library to fit on the shuffle.
