Is my understanding of today's court case right? The ticketus deal cannot be made void in respect to it hindering any sale of the club? But the judge couldn't make a ruling on simply ripping the deal up?

The judge did confirm ticketus were not preferred creditors and because Scots law is different from English law Ticketus have no rights over any Rangers assests?

If these two points are correct I can't see Ticketus being hard to deal with for any potential buyer

Thing is the 24m is gone. Whyte has it and has probably spent most of it on buying the club and using it on the players contracts and signings. We wont have any season ticket money for 4 years meaning a new buyer is unlikely unless its the Blue Knights.
