bringing game into disrepute guidelines

This extract was posted on an english teams website to warn players and fans about posting stuff on the internet and in the media surely the sfa guidelines are the same as the FA ones.

"An individual may be charged if written comments are made that are: Offensive, Insulting, Abusive, Threatening, Racist or Discriminatory or any other reference that may cause offence or harm to others".

So why was Zander Diamond, Michael Paton of Aberdeen not charged along with the other players of other football clubs whom I can't remember not charged with bringing the game into disrepute by posing discriminatory remarks on facebook

Because they don't play for rangers, duh
