bs1982 22 Posted April 24, 2012 Share Posted April 24, 2012 I have seen a few posts where people have said it is actually illegal to financially fine a company in administration but they seem to have been lost in the threads they were in due to the amount of other posts. The administrators statement also seemed to suggest they believed this. Does anyone know enough about Scots company law to confirm or deny this?If it is true it would be the ultimate f*ck up by Regan and he would have to go straight away!
