macranger 296
Dont know if this has been answered, but anyone know what happens with the deals we had, more importantly, can we get out of the JJB deal & get back to shirts being sold everywhere, or are we stuck with it? Alnic3856 358
No idea I spose they will have to be sorted on a case by case basis, sponsors have the right to either walk or honour the deal, tennents recently said they will keep on sponsoring us I imagine some of these deal are the same, by the way the JJb deal isn't a bad one no idea why everyone is in such a rush to get out of it. And by customer of the above line, I mean the non going to games punter who have Rangers leanings and want to spend some cash at the weekend. legalbeagle 3,734
I am sure it is down to the sponsors if they would allow the contracts to be novated to the newco, in our current cirumstance, any guaranteed funds on the same level as previous years would be taken in a heartbeat, and rightly so.
