Is it true that if you put your phone into a new laptop that you lose everything on it and need to start again? Don't want to lose all my pictures, music etc. I don't have my old laptop to transfer music over as it died on me. Any ways to get round the problem? Cheers. It stores all picture/video/music etc on Skydrive (free 7.5Gb) which you can then view on your Xbox, PC, Laptop, Tablet or Phone. Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Stick your phone into computer as normal and it will act as a flash drive, you can then save all your pics.If you want yer music off there, then thats a whole new issue.
