He needs to be pragmatic, play a system that suits the players strengths, stabilise, then tinker in the smaller games. The major issue for me was the lack of centre half signings. A bit of a wake up call for me tonight im afraid, we're not a test bed for MWs theory of the beautiful game. He needs to win, in any way possible or he's done.
