But for me Barry Ferguson stood out in a way I've not seen from him in so long.

He was involved in so much, and finally seemed to have that class about him which has been sorely lacking this season.

He led, he passed brilliantly, and he drifted all over the place working like a trooper.

His display let the others flourish - and he was a true captain.

Even showed up all the tims who talked themselves into the book - when he had a word to object to something from the ref, he listened, said a couple more words, then walked away because he's not so stupid to get an idiotic yellow.

And he even found time to smile/smirk more in a football match than i've seem in a long time - loved the battle, loved the beggers losing the rag.

That was hilarious. He got halved and ended up on the deck just laughing.
