Ace 3,645
Just reported that TGFIW are not supporting their team in the multitudes thay have before. Parkhead approx 15,000 short (or so is reported !!) Is this an illness that is affecting more clubs than just Celtic though? Do you beleive that attendances are down as a general rule, is Ibrox support down? Why are we experiencing this drop?
Thermopylae 15,288
Gudi was saying during the week that their average attendance is now under 50k
NOLUWDC 1
Parkhead has been like this for a couple of years now. Loads of seats behind the goals.
Jasper 182
Im sure the commentator said there was AT LEAT 50k there today, and then blamed the empty seats on the weather. Remember, its not just getting to the game thats the problem, its coming back from it too
mark_ni 12
i dont think our attendances are down much. Hard to realy say as we have only had 3 spl home games so far but we had attendances of 48,191 against hearts 50019 against kilmarnock and 49448 against motherwell. Less than 2000 between our highest and lowest attendances. Celtic park has big clumps of empty seats today and hibs are one of the bigger spl sides so there should be no excuse
