Playing in their correct positions

It was noticeable that almost all the players yesterday were playing in their correct positions. Only Papac and Davis could be remotely said to be out of position. Papac has played so often at LB now that I think it's fair to say it is actually his correct position. Davis is a right footed midfielder so being asked to play slightly wider isn't exactly a huge change for him.

Obviously we had some players coming back who improved the team but I do think that Smith's tendency to play ppl out of position has harmed us and yesterday's improved performance was partly down to this issue. Question is, will Smith realise this and keep the players in their correct places?

One thing about Dick Advocaat was players were always played in their correct positions- even Centre backs left & right had to play with the correct foot.I can remember him saying players had to play in their correct positions to keep the balance in the team
