That's what worries me. We're missing a trick not scouting properly overseas. I'm sure there would be young players willing to come to rangers with the prospect of joining an English club maybe after a year or two. Also the revenue that would bring in would go some way to continuing to build. The problem is, you need the scouting system in place and working well to really reap the benefits. It has to be the way forward.

I honestly think it should be one of our main priorities. It's the door to which we can land quality players who haven't yet made their mark. It's also a great way to bring in much needed revenue. We can't afford the finished article, it's just not possible these days so it's a must that we exploit that avenue to our benefit.

The question I ask is why are we unable to pick up some unknown gems in the foreign market? The players must be there, every superstar starts somewhere and it's just down to good, intelligent scouting. It's essential we do better in that respect as it's the only avenue we have to bring in potentially quality players.

Regardless, he should never have been allowed to do it. Surely the police Should have stepped in?

Yeah because those other teams are taking points off each other but we've dropped the majority of our points to lower half teams. There's no consistency. Sure, we'll get a shot at Europe but my point is we can't realistically be thinking about even beginning to compete in Europe when lower level teams in the League are taking points from us. We should be consistently beating these teams and we aren't. Forget Celtic, we're got a better budget then any of those teams but are under performing against them. We need consistency at that level before we even consider Europe in any sort of serious way. That's all I'm saying.

We better sort out our shit soon because I'm genuinely getting worried about them actually managing 10IAR if we don't find some way to challenge and I dread that ever happening.

We close the gap gradually. How long that will take is anyone's guess and I just hope they haven't managed 10 by that time or we'll never hear the fucking end of it.

I honestly thought we were going to win after taking the lead today but in the end they were all over us. I'm sick of hearing the talk of what we WILL do and then we don't actually do it.

I'll tell you what's a horrible feeling, having to spend my new year knowing those bastards have beat us again and having to face them at work being smug bastards. I'm sick of the same old shit.

I'm trying to stay positive but the thought of having to see their smug, smiling faces at work is killing me. It's just relentless.
