How is it awful buisness from Barcelona? They wanted a forward that could lead the line and there is no doubt Ibrahimovic is more than capable of leading the line. The reason for him not being so prolific in Europe is Inter have been terrible in Europe the last so many years, they haven't been able to create. Barcelona will create chances for them and he will bang them in I am sure of it. They were losing Eto'o for nothing next season if he stayed, also Hleb has done nothing at Barcelona and I doubt they will miss him in the slightest so why not use him in a deal?

He only had a year left on his contract, plus Inter are rumoured to be taking Hleb on loan from Barcelona with option to buy at end of season so maybe that was included in the deal?

Why would Man Utd fans believe that ? When he said in January they wouldn't be signing anyone and the very next day they turned around and signed two Serbians, I just think this is his way of calling people's bluff.

I think at one point last season pratically all Sevilla's forwards were out injured and I think Fabiano was injured for quite a bit of last season and that could have something to do with him only scoring 8 goals, bit strange if Milan sign both Fabiano and Huntelaar and are going to play 4-3-3 with Ronaldinho on the left, where do the other 3 forwards fit in Pato, Huntelaar and Fabiano unless Pato is off or ends up in midfield.

What a bunch of terrible signings Mears was part of a Derby defence that got raped regularly when they were in the premiership, Edgar never made it at Newcastle and we all know how bad their defence has been over the years so he must be terrible, Fletcher is not an out and out goal scorer and with Steven Thompson being one of their other main forwards i don't see them scoring many and McCarthy is overrated.

Selling Maicon might not be so bad for Inter, it would allow Santon to revert to his natural right side and if they sign Cissokho then there is their new left back. Then if they sold Maicon to Man City they could feasibly ask for Elano + cash which would be a stupid move on Man City's part in my opinion and if he goes to Real Madrid they could ask for Sneijder, Van der Vaart, Gago or Higuain as part of the deal.
