There's no data (to my knowledge) that tells you if a player will roll his sleeves up and get fucked in about it when the chips are down, or a willingness to grab the game by the scruff of the neck, or shite it when someone gives him a kick. You simply need eyes on a player to truly see what he's about, data can only show you so much.
