Not saying its a great deal for Dortmund but Berbatov was prolific in Germany at Leverkusen, and they are looking to replace him with Dzeko so they'd have to spend mega money on transfer fee and wages anyway. Just thought it'd be worth a shout from Man U to at least try it, rather than spend big again!

Would it not make sense for Man U to offer Berbatov to Dormund in exchange for Lewandowski? Rather than pay however much for Lewandowski, and then have the effort to ship Berbatov out

If Drogba plays like we all know he can then it'll be a Chelsea win. From what I seen of Dortmund v Bayern on Saturday, then Bayern are really soft at the back and Drogba could have a field day up there.

The squad is laughable, Defoe is a surprise but he deserves to be in there, he's scored 17 goals this season and hardly played! Carroll shouldn't be in there, hes had 120 minutes of good football this season compared to Crouch and Holt who have double figures at least for the season! Merson on SSN has just summed up that pick - "Carroll has had a good month, but the season started in August". If anyone can explain how Stuart Downing manages to get in that squad then please go ahead, he's awful, £20 million down the drain. Players picked on reputation rather than form, what a shambles.

Went to see Hertha at the start of the year playing Hamburg, stadium didn't sell out but sat above the ultras and the atmosphere was nuts. I'd imagine that the Ultras would be there next season so nothing wrong with a 2nd div game, they'll have the derby next season too so might be a game to look out for!

If he's doing Sky at the same time he'll be getting an extra wage for doing a job that Hodgson would have him doing in the first place anyway by going round the grounds and analysing the players! Think he'd still be able to do both, hope he does anyway.
