Excellent article Chris. Key to this SPL decision is exactly who carried out the investigation into the Juninho EBTand who sanctioned the no case to answer verdict. Surely in the interests of transparency the SPL are duty bound to provide much more information. They are very happy to make public who has been investigating Rangers and which individuals make up their appointed panel. Should not this same appointed panel be looking at all the evidence surrounding the Juninho EBT? I just wish someone within the mainstream media would at least air some degree of cynicism as to how this whole debacle is playing out and seek some answers from those concerned.

Son and I had ST's until 4 years ago. Both of us live in the south of England but we are buying 2 if they are not sold out!!! I really want to be at first league game at Ibrox so plan to drive up on the Thursday or Friday before. Not sure if I'll make more than 5 or 6 games in the season due to other commitments but will leave books with my nephews in Renfrew so they can attend. Can't wait to be back at Ibrox.

When I first read his statement on my phone I was genuinely taken aback by the ferocity of it, absolutely brilliant and superbly worded. Ally will get rapped for this but as others have said any fine should come out of the RFFF and ideally be paid in coppers. If you are concerned about who GDS has defended have a look at some of Donald Findlay's clients!!! They are only doing a job and everbody is entitled to a defence. Agree all future references to Bheast FC should be amended to Pacific Shelf 595, if I can remember, it really does piss them off. I don't give a shit what STV say or whether he is meeting Rhegan today. I just want confirmation we have licence. I thought interview was good but would have liked interviewer to get him to confirm we will not accept stripping of titles under any circumstances.
