  1. Wait so that's £320,000 + 100% bonus + £25,000 clause. Roughly £665,00 + expenses, a total shambles. Works out at £12,000 a week, give or take. We the fans are the ones that are injecting all the money into the club, in modern football it's usually the owners that made the investment. So far no one director has made a proper substantial investment either bit part or through penny shares (Green and co). I despair, I really do. The only solution I can see, is replacing the board with people we can trust and unfortunately all those diddy parties out there have nothing but their own agendas on their minds - including King, who has been all talk. It's a glum outlook but it's not beyond repair if we act now in an organised and structured manner - not by closing our eyes, punting blame around and by thinking things though rather than trusting a nobody because he told you something you want to hear (orange tops, champions league, stadium expansions and other such hallucinations). Just my two pence.
  2. Why did we hire this rhat? He was the one blabbering on about how we were supposedly the new club and all that pish! Disgraceful move from Charles. For any of you who can be bothered reading his tripe look at this article where he says we are a new club http://www.<No links to this website>/sport/football/james-traynor-spl-will-not-be-able-1129166 "No matter how Charles Green attempts to dress it up, a newco equals a new club. When the CVA was thrown out Rangers as we know them died." I'm actually ragin we have let this creatin anywhere near Ibrox, nevermind let him represent us to the mhedia.
  3. I'm not yet convinced by Green; although he has seemingly met the conditions he rolled out at the start I find myself staring at massive flaws in his logic and execution of issues; so bear with me and help me iron them out. 1) Regarding the history transfer I feel he honestly doesn't know what will happen himself because this has never happened in the UK before, he seem's to be spouting out loose terms. Leeds never liquidated they pushed through a CVA; so this is the first time a club of such magnitude in size and history has been liquidated. In a BBC interview after the Dave King accusations to bar a CVA he was qouted to say a Newco would lose history - now he's saying it keeps it in his latest interview? You can't switch and chose what it's going to be? People also spouting Italian law allows history to transferred from co. to co. and I've yet to see something to suggest it is the same in Scotland - although I picked this up on twitter so could be utter garbage. 2) Funding. As far as I have been made aware of the proof of funding is simply of the £8.5M they had planned (Now £5.5M) at the start, nothing more. Any additional money will be loaned out to the club which it will pay back at (Can't remember exact date, 2018?) surely that's just as bad those numptys Murray and Whyte. 3) One of my worst quirks is how he handled the transfer of playing staff contracts - he just made it seem as if he thinks everyone is stupid and he can get away with it. Did he not research it, or discuss it with the Player's Union - just made himself look unprofessional the playing staff aren't sheep after all and have gone through a lot, have some respect and encourage them to go sign; after all they will go down history and folklore as the men who didn't give up on Ranger's instead he lies to them? So much for the encouragement. Dave King is a man who has earned my respect. He is the only person since the arrival of Murray if not earlier who actually put a single penny into Ranger's, with £20M of his personal wealth into Ranger's NO strings attached, no loans, no conditions. I seriously doubt he would be looking to hurt the club. I'm not here to bash Green; I'm just dubious about some aspects of his logic and method. But now that we well, debt free - people with real money and more importantly to us the fans a solid track record? I may have grabbed the wrong end of the stick in one of those - if not all three - questions so help me out and give your view. Edit: Forgot to mention, now that Green (You could argue D&P) have done the messy part, we are now debt free and are a VERY enticing proposal to investors who actually have the money and time to start the rebuild. Just as an example Donald Trump was interested in Ranger's before finding out the hole we are in..
  4. The only problem is the media cannot go out saying Selic used a tax avoidance scheme as Celtic did not setup the companies. Also whats all this pish with tax avoidance and evasion it's the same thing!
  5. Taigs have to pay for the damage anyway and its only a bit of fun. I't would be a different story if one of those plebs through it on the pitch or worse at a player..
  6. He's probably parallel to the pavement just now..
  7. In all seriousness though Aluko is a very good shout same with a sneaky Davis goal! 2-1 to us today, can sense it!
  8. All i could think of when reading this thread was.. kevin and perry. All i want to do, is do it (8)
  9. I have serious doubts about Brian Kennedy he's not even listed as a director for Sale Sharks he is meant to own, and his history is just as murky as Whytes. Have a look http://companycheck.co.uk/company/03333690 At least with the Blue Knights there are familiar faces, who are to some extent recognised Rangers fans, ticketus deal won't go away either way because its a binding agreement or something.
  10. The guy from Cameroon stayed for lunch then was told to pack his bags! Rather wish we put some effort to into getting to know the trialists before we invite them, no points in just dishing out trials!
