Football wise, it feels like another massive gamble. He's had some success and while I do think a step towards a more fluid, modern, high intensity style is inevitable, I struggle with the thought of Muscat being the man to lead us through it
Personality wise, the guys one horrible cunt. On the pitch he was unacceptably reckless and nearly got someone's leg amputated. Off the pitch he's hardly someone you'd count on keeping composed around the changing room when times are tough. With the number of shitebags in that dressing room I don't think its as simple as saying 'he's what they need' simply because he's an aggressive disciplinarian.
More trouble than its worth IMO.
