  1. Difficult one this, on one had i'm raging that we are allowing someone who I feel given a chance could really add something to our play but at the same time Ally has shown there is no chance the boy is going to get a chance this season so might be best for him to go out and get first team football. Do we have scouts to check up on him and see how he is progressing though?
  2. If the price continues to drop at this rate we will be defaulting on the market sooner rather than later, something needs to be done!
  3. The share price is down 10.18% , below 25 now so where is DK at lol?
  4. I have been told (and it could be wrong) that King would only have to match the highest share price in the last 12 months upon purchasing 30% if he already owned shares. I don't think someone who has not previously owned shares needs to comply with that ruling.
  5. All 3 can go but getting rid of them may be an issue, Gasparotto and Faure are much better options for back up with hopefully Gasparotto getting some more game time towards end of this season and next season. Don't see Faure really ever being good enough but he is the better than the other 3 and could provide back up until the top league. I would much rather see Gasparotto getting a run out than playing Cribari, Perry or Hegarty who tbh are never going to be good enough or in Cribaris case too old on our return to the top.
  6. He has hardly been tested all season I think we need to give him a bit of a break and form an opinion once the games get tougher and hes got to work harder. I never watched him much for Killie but do remember being told he seems to make mistakes when he's not involved much which would indicate concentration issues but i'll wait until i've seen him tested more from him until I form a proper opinion. Defending was also awful for two of the goals yesterday which doesn't help him.
  7. Mcausland and Fuare are also getting paid a wage and should be reagrded the same as anyone else and i would argue they were just as consistent and impressive in the respective positions yet Ally had no problem dropping them and playing other players that were not the best available. If you listen to Ally then he is not thinking about the cups its only the league that is important lol but I take your point and hence why i said dependant on opponent Mculloch could play. I'm not saying drop him and forget about him completely but we have to look at the bigger picture and the bigger picture is if tactics, team selection and formation are correct we should be creating by far enough chances for anyone in the team to replace McCullochs goals. I love Jig but ast this stage he should not be first name on the team sheet in defence and should be only played upfront when the opposition (whether that be their tactics, players or level within Scottish football) merits it.
  8. No scapegoat at all, what do we achieve from playing him for the next 2 seasons? How many players lose out by him playing? What progress is being made? Is he doing a job someone younger could do just as well while gaining experience? ask those questions and the answers you get will be the 'facts' that should be considered.
  9. I don't argue that he has done well so far but the team will never grow and we will never play the best football available to us if he is in the team. McCulloch will not still be with us in 2 years time and we should not be building a team around a 35 year old. We wasted last year and we we will live to regret it if we waste thsi year too. We have to give the youngsters a chance and promote a better style of football. Mculloch is nowhere near mobile, fast or technically good enough to fit in with the style of play we should be aiming for. Faure is still young and has the potential to be good though it is yet to be seen if he will ever be good enough for the top division he deserves a chance over McCulloch at CB alongside Moshni. Clark scored 42/43 goals last season and looks like could be very tricky for defenders to handle given his movement and pace, played correctly up top with Mckay and Templeton i see a decent forward line which can switch to include Shiels/Aird/Little and if needed dependent on opponents Daly and Jig. It might not work every week but it is what we should be aiming for and what we should be aiming for sadly does not include Lee McCulloch. I love the guy but we need to build for the future and not get stuck in the past where every year we are just playing players to win that season and never looking forward. Without Celtic to challenge we finally have this chance so lets use it, any 11 of our squad could win this league over the course so lets use that to our advantage.
  10. Faure is a far better CB than McCulloch, if McCulloch is to play it has to be upfront an i wouldn't even play him at all if honest. Apart from that swap Little with Templeton and i would be happy with that.
  11. Bell Mcausland Moshni Faure Wallace Black Macelod Law Mckay Clark Temps As long as we stick with this taget man up top rubbish we will continue to be hampered by the wind and that wind is only going to get stronger in the coming months. Lets stop playing this high ball rubbish and instill and quick attacking and attractice pass and move philosophy. We have wide players with pace and movement which will play these teams of the park given the correct tactics and the correct team. With mcausland and wallace we have two full backs who should be able to get forward in support of Mckay and Templeton and in Clark a striker who can turn a defender and run onto forward balls. Lets forget this playing players because of who they are and put out the team that can create the most exciting football.Even if it takes a while we must teach our young players to play decent football and to do that we need to play them in a team set up to playe football the right way long balls up top in this division is never going to work hence why Marvin Andrews was the best player on the park the other day. Should the 11 on the park be struggling due to oppenents or our inexperience or whatever then you have McCulloch, Daly, Sheils etc on the bench to bring on and change the tactics but this must happen before 80 minutes, we have options but we shouldnt be setting out matches not to lose them we should be setting out to play everyone off the park and take no prisoners. I would rather win 2-0 and see progress and exciting football while giving younger players a chance than 5-1 and watch the first 60 minutes such as las week at Ibrox. This is our chance, lets not waste it!
  12. Templeton, McKay and Clark would all start if I chose the team I wanted to see btw but that wasn't the question lol.
  13. Tough one because the last three gamea(even though we won one 5-1) have been so poor. I wouldn't choose the 11 below as the team I wanted to see but based on individual performances they have probably been the best. Templeton has struggled to find any form so far and largely inconsistent. McKay hasn't featured enough neither has Aird and as you pointed on Snith and Foster probably aren't good enough. I'm looking forward to see more of Clark though and hopefully Peralta turns out to be a player. Would also like to see Gasparotto feature more but if Faure can get dislodged without doing anything wrong I can't see him getting much of a chance. Bell Mcausland Moshni Faure Wallace Black Little Law Macleod Daly McCulloch
  14. I wasn't completely convinced on mcausland but I think there was defo potential and at least he attempted to make things happen down the flank. Foster looks awful though I understand he hasn't had much game time but the Bristol City fans seemed pretty happy to see him go lol. We need to give the youngsters a chance and try get them playing attractive football from a young age. Don't think we ever go into any game with any sense of tactics or a team philosophy. Play our best players in the best positions and keep the ball on the deck and we should walk this league playing decent fluid football. No doubt same old crap next game though lol
