The Rangers Supporters Trust are demanding swift and decisive action is taken to ensure the club is under new ownership before the end of the season. The Rangers Supporters Trust made the call after bidders raised concerns about club administrators Duff and Phelps delaying the administration process. The fans organisations are also calling for: Clarity from administrators over what legal proceedings, if any, have been instituted against Craig Whyte in order to gain control of his shares. Craig Whyte should hand over his shares to supporters groups or administrators in order to allow a quick transfer of ownership. He has previously stated that he was considering gifting the majority of his shares to a supporters’ foundation so in the interests of the club he should do this at the earliest opportunity. Brian Kennedy to consider joining Blue Knights Consortium after his bid was declined. Through this process he has acted as someone with the best interests of Rangers at heart and his insight and investment could add value to Blue Knights proposition. A Trust spokesman said: "The administrators appear to be dragging their feet which is far from ideal with the end of the season now just weeks away. The financial consequences of going into the summer without a new owner are serious and would significantly increase the likelihood of liquidation. Getting Rangers out of administration and back on a sound financial footing should be the only priority for people associated with the club which is why it was absolutely shameful for Craig Whyte to be suggesting he won’t deal with the Blue Knights. Craig Whyte used the fans' money to fund his takeover so it would be unacceptable for him force the club into liquidation."

Was it also not The Record that told us about club9 sports link to Ellis ? Or Shyte link to Fortress ? Maybe crap paper for some but if not for them, people on here would still be praising Craig Shyte"........... This definitely looks bad for us, unless the police criminal investigation can get something on this shyster or, he diss appears unexpectedly.

Is this another of Whyte's companies or D&P http://www.citywire.co.uk/new-model-adviser/merchant-house-group-shares-suspended/a578684?re=18463&ea=225101&utm_source=BulkEmail_NMA_Daily_PM&utm_medium=BulkEmail_NMA_Daily_PM&utm_campaign=BulkEmail_NMA_Daily_PM Merchant House Group has suspended its shares on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM). It has not given a reason for the suspension. The stock exchange announcement said: 'At the request of the company trading on AIM for the under-mentioned securities has been temporarily suspended from 29/03/2012 10.30am, pending an announcement.' In a February statement the group said it had been in discussions with the Financial Services Authority over a supervisory notice issued to Pritchard Stockbrokers, which holds client money for Merchant House's structured products division.

Brian Kennedy has told BBC Scotland he fears Rangers' administrators are taking too long in finding a buyer for the club. The Sale Sharks owner made his offer for the club almost two weeks ago along with four others, and now wants Duff and Phelps to speed up the process. "It's now time for them to crystalise the quality of the offers received and move forward," he said. Duff and Phelps want a new owner in place by the summer. Kennedy added: "We should be looking at moving forward with one party from early next week in order to formulate a CVA." "There is much to do in order to get ready for the new season and getting the club out of administration as soon as possible is the only way to get things started. "I'm in pretty much daily contact with the administrators but it's now time to make a choice and move the club forward." Rangers' administrator aims to have new owners in place by the end of the season after receiving a fifth bid for the club. Duff and Phelps has received an offer from a Singapore-based consortium. Kennedy, former Rangers director Paul Murray's Blue Knights consortium, United States-based Club 9 Sports and a UK-based consortium had already indicated their interest before the latest approach from Singapore.

Just a sneaky feeling D&P are leading us down CW agenda from last year......Liquidation
-
Hmmmm, Personally think D&P are still in cahoots with CW, only time will tell...........
-
Think your wrong!! not 100% but I believe it is the last game of the season and you get a extra 7 days which usually takes you up to the Cup final, after that, it will be a 10 points deduction.................
-
I do not not think Brian kennedy would still be in the picture if he thought something smelled by D&P. Though, personally, i still think they are working somehow in the background for Whyte still. My money still on Kennedy taking over
