Good post mate....the same thing happened to Leeds Utd and they never lost there history and everybody still knows them as Leeds Utd! The sanctions from Uefa and the SPL would be concerning though

I like what i hear about Brian Kennedy but i just wonder if he is in this to get his profile up!! By the looks of it he doesn't have enough money to outbid the americans so he wont be in a positon to stop us from being liquidated, however in saying that i hope his bid is succesful.

How do we know the Singapore bid wants to avoid liqudation?

As the biggest creditor they would still get something if we get liquadated from the sale of our assests

Ticketus will be the biggest creditor and they will not be easy to deal with...they will probably stop an CVA being agreed.

i agree with you to a point however if we want to avoid liquidation then IMO we need Ticketus on side. The court said we could cancel the deal with them but then they would be the biggest creditor and could/would block any CVA agreement. This would then go to court taking several months to sort out, and obviously time is something we don't have.

The court has said that the Ticketus deal can be broken BUT then they could block a CVA as they would be the biggest creditor...they would legally challenge this through the courts which would take months and that means we couldn't move forward with that hanging over us

From what we know of the 3 bids then TBK seems the best option as IMO he has the best interest of the club at heart... other bidders might have more money but do they want the best for Rangers?
