  1. Guy with username superbhoy1888 has changed everything on the last hour. Need I say more.... Obsessed with us. They can't handle the truth. Also above named user has been warned not to edit rangers pages but continues to do so. Main editors are waiting for clarification on liquidation process. Fiorentina and Leeds have been mentioned and I've put my opinion across. Hopefully get sorted soon.
  2. It mentions the company associated with the club was liquidated and a new company was formed. But when I have a bit of a clearer mind I'll edit it so it is clearer if people are of the same opinion.
  3. Removed "and liquidation." also changed another couple of pieces. Just spotted that someone had changed the ground to none - Ibrox sold June 2012. And also owner. Anything else just let me know and I'll go to work.
  4. I'll jump on and try change it as I have account due to helping with rangerspedia
  5. Just been on wikipedia and someone has changed the above points. But in order to edit Wikipedia you have to create an account which is just a username and password. Top right hand corner of the screen to create account. Then just go to page and edit to hearts content.
  6. As well as not paying players on time, Dunfermline have still to date not paid Jim McIntyre his money when he was sacked. McIntyre took them to court last week and Yorkston said they could not afford to pay his package in 1 lump sum. This is when Fraser Wishart should be shouting from the roof tops. He had plenty to say when we were discussing wage cuts.
  7. Every newspaper kingly misses the fact that Lord Carloway was the judge that decided that a simple question is sectarian. The Famine Is Over, Why Don't You Go Home???? So we have past dealings with Carloway. My question to our media is just because Carloway is a judge at the Court of Session does this mean he is above corruption and bias??? I think most sane people would answer NO!!!
  8. They also can't add another fine to us. Part of the £160k fine is £100k fine for for breaking Rule 66. The panel did not thi nk this fine was enough and added the transfer embargo on top of this. Therefore only really 3 options for them. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18099048
  9. Doncaster goes on about gaining a sporting advantage. Have Ross County not done this also. They don't have a ground that meets SPL rules and therefore have to groundshare. Plenty of clubs have spent money on there grounds at detriment to the team on the park - Falkirk, Raith Rovers are 2 such teams. I'm also sure there used to be a rule to get promoted to SPL that the team had to be actively looking to be upgrading there ground to meet the rules but Ross County still have no plans to do so.
  10. I noted that you mentioned Hearts. Although they haven't went into liquidation, I find the SFA's stance funny. Hearts have to date had 2 different winding up orders submitted to the Court of Season by HMRC for non-payment of PAYE, VAT & NI, the latest being the 7th February 2012. On both occasions the sum was 500k. These were both paid before court acted. Add to that the non-payment of players and staffs wage in a timely manner on 4 different occasions. To me that is 6 different disrepute charges, but still the SFA doesnt act.
  11. People also forgetting Dundee last year. They went into administration due to being unable to pay HMRC £420k. CVA was agreed at 6p in the pound and have then since exited admin. I understand its still early days but I don't think the CVA route would be proposed if it wasn't a viable option.
  12. My reading into all the Newco rules and players contracts being ripped up only occurs if the oldco gets liquidated. As Miller is not planning to liquidate the Oldco at present the players contracts would still be honoured. Also, believe Miller is only starting the Newco as to protect our major assets of Ibrox and Murray Park. By moving these assets to a new company, if a CVA is not agreed and old company is liquidated, Miller still owns these assets. If he doesn't set up New company and CVA is not agreed then these assets would be sold off to the highest bidder and therefore be lost to our great club forever. What does everyone think??
  13. http://www.<No links to this website>/news/scottish-news/2012/04/25/rangers-in-crisis-fans-threaten-to-disrupt-scottish-cup-final-in-protest-at-sfa-sanctions-on-club-86908-23836732/ Was just having a think after reading this article. Really don't know what Dingwall is planning, but just trying to gauge what is possible and supported by majority. Back to the drawing board.
  14. Just an idea on how we could affect the Scottish Cup Final. How about early on the day of the game, we go to the surrounding areas of Hampden and park our cars making sure there is space between as to not allow Hearts and Hibs fans to park anywhere near the Stadium. This may result in a delay to the Kick Off. Just a suggestion but would welcome any thoughts.
  15. Well done those that have cancelled. Another suggestion is for the 2 remaining home games we should all boycott the William Hill shop on Paisley Road. They would probably take 2000 bets of a normal match day but if they took very little that would speak volumes to the heirarchy within William Hill. What does everyome think??
