  1. I’m sure there are other centre backs and left backs in the league that if he does try that against them, they maybe won’t let him away with it the same way

I'm pretty sure that down south or in other leagues, that'd be seen as an incitement to injure another player just because he had the audacity to show his skills.

Imagine this was a taig player, can you see the outrage that would cause? It's no wonder football in this country has been fucked for 30 years, if you display your skills against us we'll make sure you're hurt. And the "press" agree.

I'm in favour of removing all the mainstream press privileges, they are biased and can't be trusted at all. Our own media department are also starting to provide good online coverage so why do we need this dying print based media?

  2. His performances remind me how little I know about football.. I didn't think he looked all that last season. I also thought we had enough midfielders but MW has him as first choice and it's clear as fluck to see why...

Great little player and could be worth a few bob for us in the coming seasons

  3. Funny that one of them said that turning this into institution vs institution is wrong, however we've not "banned" the BBC, just taken privileges away from certain reporters.

The BBC Scotland sports department have taken this stance and IMO are in breach of their responsibilities and refusing to provide a public service. They might mask that as standing up for their own but when have they ever taken that stance before?

  4. Anyone thinking that over the last few months, with the boardroom finally starting to act like a boardroom should, the fans groups are putting out similar and hopefully more unified statements?

To be honest I'm sick of all the statement we have to make, as a football supporter statements really shouldn't be needed. But wasn't it nice to see all the groups show what a lying biased wanker gollum was this week?

I've even seen more conciliatory views towards the actions of the boardroom recently, hopefully those currently on the board keep it up, if not they'll get my ire too.

I can't wait to get back to Ibrox this season, a feeling not had in a long time, my seat for the burnley and peterhead games have went to erskine but come next Friday I'll be sitting there thinking the last few years were as Mr Struth put it, we've revealed our tolerance and sanity through years of failure.

Cheers to all you bears, slangevar

  5. Yeah, but what happens if that's not till later in the season, which is quite feasibly going to be the case? Do we just stay grumpy till then? Do we ignore what's staring us in the face... that things are moving along nicely well, just because we're fixated on 'investment'.

Bear in mind also, that the Board is not just Dave King. Credit where it's due. Congrats where they're due, and when.

The progress so far is good, hope to hear more signs of progress in the future...

Signs are good, there's been more positive change for the better in 4 month than there has been for 3 years. I was pessimistic football-wise last season because of what I saw on the park and what we saw of it.

How refreshing it is, not to see daily headlines of boardroom matters in the tabloids. It's just about football now, hopefully that's the future for us

  6. I think this will be job done, for now.

MW will assess the squad over the next 4 weeks, then we might see a loan or two at the end of the window to cover any areas of concern IMO.

I'm still concerned about strikers, maybe MW can get more out of Miller and Clark and that might do. However I'm basing it on last season where neither seemed good enough for this league.

  7. I don't understand your point mate? What is you want the groups to do?

Sorry if i wasn't clear bud, make it easy for those with season tickets, CCCS etc to transfer their already purchased seat for a game they won't attend to someone they don't know (or maybe do know) e.g. Erskine

There needs to be an official means to do this online. I'd doubt the secondary ticketing system is used much, why not just give the seat to someone who wouldn't normally be able to attend because of finances etc
