terrific statement from Murray, about time we had someone who stood up for us and kept us informed, but i want more from him, i want a statement regarding our history issued, there are still too many Gers fans believing the tims and media that our club is dead, even so called ex "stars" are saying this too, we need an official staement on this very very important matter, is he or anyone else contactable at Ibrox with regards to this?

I agree totally, but i'd still like it to come from someone within Rangers, we need it clarified to the ordinary Gers fans out there who don't frequent these forums, and are starting to believe that we have gone, the SFA could clarify it as they hold all clubs records for trophies won, but i'm not sure if they can say anything yet until they accept the newco's application to rejoin, if anyone knows any better then maybe they could enlighten us all. thanks.

We defo need someone in an official capacity to confirm all of this history etc, some posters are correct in saying that the dhims etc are just not having it, and only the official version explaining it as well as it has been done on here will do, i think this should be pinned and circulated to other forums if poss.

The OP is 100% correct, but what we really need to do is get this sorted, either by contacting the SFA, who after all are the governing body, so that they can verify that Rangers FC still exists and still holds all trophies etc, the taigs are on a feeding frenzy over this, and i'm sorry to say that some of our own fans are beginning to believe them, which is a total tragedy, we need clarification from the proper authorities and then put in the press so that everyone is clear on this, its extremely important to every bear and we should all endeavour to make sure that they know the facts.

Hi guys, new here so go easy lol, just read post re our history, was really impressed with the facts given, i'm still unsure due to the amount of negativity that even some bears are having regarding this very important issue,the question about retaining our history needs to be raised with the SFA, being the governing body, i'm sure that they are the only ones who can verify if we, indeed, keep our history,they are the ones who keep all records of titles won etc, so are we able to contact either someone at the SFA or even Rangers to see if this can be finally clarified,because by doing so it would shut the dhims up big time and finally erase all doubts over this issue. Hi guys, this is my first post,looks a quality forum,go easy on me lol,with regards to the history i think the OP comments and the way it was put over was very good indeed, but i have quoted what he wrote to a mate of mine,(and yes he's a celtic fan lol) but a decent guy, so i need some clarification, don't want to seem thick but if it comes across that way then my apologies, what he's saying is that because we were liquidated then the whole club has gone, football side as well, i tried to argue the fact that they had changed their name etc in 1994 but again was told that that was diff because they didn't go into liquidation, so can the OP or someone help me out here? cause i want it to be crystal clear with no ifs or buts when i reply to him or any other tim, btw why doesn't the OP send this stuff to the SFA to get total clarification, i'm pretty sure that they are the only ones able to verify this, and if they were to say that Rangers history remains then that would put an end to all the arguments.
