Most of the concerns I noticed were due to his lack of game time rather than his lack of ability.

He's certainly winning a lot over. Love the fact he's patrolling the touchline, kicking every ball and demanding full commitment even when the games effectively over. He was raging at someone (Dessers I think) for not closing down at around the 89th minute mark. As fans thats all we ask. Leave nothing on the pitch.

He's defo on par with Mccoist and Pedro as the worst manager since Walter. You would really struggle to do more damage deliberately than Beale did in just one window. Defence ignored, pace sold, width removed, recruitment downgrade. quite the achievement!

I think the fact that he has changed the CB pairing in 3 of his 4 games would suggest he may not be too happy with the back line. We shall see!

I think a new CB will be coming in January as his first signing. That's now his 3rd CB pairing in 4 games with only really an aging Balogun looking the only reliable partner to Connor. Personally I hope he completely overhauls the whole defence in the next 2 windows.
