This has disaster written all over it. This is a huge gamble. Far bigger gamble than Gerrard. I like Beale don't get me wrong. I think he will have a good career. At this point in time we need someone with a lot more experience than him.

I just don't think that punting half a team when their value is at a low point would make much sense. Look at Chelsea. it's the gaffer thatll take the hit.

I'll judge them again once a proper manager is installed. These players are all underperforming due to poor man management and garbage tactics. All the confidence has been obliterated by the current gaffer. The level of 'respect' we show everyone but ourselves is sickening.
