  1. After quite a stressful week I needed that at half time. I haven't laughed like that in ages, took them literally about 15 mins to get it the right way up.
  2. I bet Scotland to win 2-1 but shat it after the first 10 mins and put £25 on wales at 3/1 so not bad.
  3. You clearly have no idea what your talking about, your as bad as the celtic fans just clutching at numbers like that without actually understanding what they mean. It's been well documented that there was a lot of one off payments including losing out on money on the JJB deal and such so you can wrap that pish.
  4. Seriously after watching the Scotland team tonight (who are all playing at a top level) you can clearly see its not easy to make a good team from "good" players. They were atrocious against an average welsh team, people need to realise its not as simple as putting better people on the pitch. We all need to calm down, yes the football is shit but we've won the league at a canter even playing like that. Give him a year with a proper transfer window with no distractions then we can judge him it's the least he deserves after what he done for the club. It's only been over a year since we thought there was a possibility of being no rangers, you can judge or compare him to other managers once he has worked in the same environment as them apposed to the ridiculous ones he's worked under.
  5. Did someone not offer £1 million to see Frankel and Black Caviar race each other recently? It would be amazing to see the 2 of them go head to head
  6. You must be joking, Messi has to track back and help defend a lot so if he does I think its fair to say Barrie McKay should be as well. He's only young so you don't want to be setting a precedent where it's OK to not be giving a 100% and defending as well as going mazy runs. Whereas calling McCoist a clown is just embarrassing regardless of what you think of his managerial ability.
  7. Football has totally changed now and the money in it is ridiculous. Without a window the big teams wouldn't have as big a squad they would just have a decent core and just go out and buy people whenever they wanted if there was injuries due to the ever increasing importance of getting into the top 4. The smaller teams hate having the January transfer window because the disruptions it can have in their squad if a big team comes in for one of those players never mind if they were able to do it whenever they wanted
  8. The problem with that is during the season you would just get all the big teams buying up whoever they want from the smaller teams and making it very difficult for the smaller teams to build up a squad. Also say man city got an injury to one of their best strikers in the last couple of weeks of the season during a close title race they could just go out and buy someone like falcao instead of having to manage and rotate the squad which would just make the thing a farce. The transfer window is there to protect the smaller teams.
  9. I think its a good idea, it would mean the chairman would actually have to put some thought into the appointments and contracts as apposed to the panic sackings of people like Nigel Adkins and Brian McDermott who deserve a lot more loyalty than they were given.
  10. Christ sake Daniel Day Lewis is a method actor as well, the youth teams will be shitting themselves.
  11. I don't think Rooney would goto liverpool or spurs. He hates liverpool being an everton and man u fan and the fans wouldn't take to him either for the same reason. Tottenham wouldn't be able to afford his wages, they broke the bank for adebayor at 120K a week and rooney is on about 200K. There's talk of him going to PSG and man u signing ronaldo with the money because they're about to sign big sponsorship deals and there's rumours they would finance a lot of the Ronaldo deal because of the obvious buzz and exposure it would give them if he played for man u. Could all be bullshit but just what I've heard lol
  12. My uncle took me for lunch in the restaurant and we chanced our arm after it and walked in the front door asking to see the dressing room and the women at the reception took us to the dressing room, the trophy room and out to the pitch stating we are a family club and we look after our own, absolutely cracking women. One of the many reasons why we are simply the best!
  13. I was working in a new Tesco in Falkirk helping them out before it opened. I found out in the canteen and couldn't believe it, I developed a twitch in my eye over the coming days over the stress, it was ridiculous. It wasnt till then I realised how much Rangers actually meant to me.
  14. Good to see Charles still has some twix up his sleeve
