  1. Thats His super schoosher, taken onto the pitch so Durranty cannae get his hauns on it.
  2. Have to agree with you, I think we needed to bring in Tempelton, Sheils, Sandazza and OK Black. But squad fillers like Kyle, Cibari, Faure etc could have been better sourced from the 1st Division and the 2nd division.
  3. Sorry man I can't let you disagree on that, the current squad is more than good enough to win division 2, think we have to cut out some dead wood though, Bocanregra, Goian, Sandazza, possibly Black.
  4. I could be wrong, but I think Ally had 14 players available for selection, plus two goal keepers.
  5. This is like a big stick constantly used to beat anybody thats willing to take the rough with the smooth, those vast resources are there because 38,000 Bears thought it might be nice to have some football at the weekend. If ST's are down next year the Fans will have spoken, the kneejerk reaction might be to sack members of staff, but I think Chas is stronger than that.
  6. How can we judge if these players are good enough, they have spent most of the year on the physio's bench. Sandazza is the perfect example, playing in that game against Motherwell he went in 100% comitted to a header and nearly lost his eyesight. I remember a few games before that when we had flashes of what might be coming. Right now we could do with 3 SFL player to bolster a squad thats looking lighter every week. Sandazza looks like a player we can't afford. We were warned at the start of the season the 3rd division is war
  7. Ok That was a cop out, we have been rank rotten at times, our defense has more holes than a cheese grater, our mid field seems to prefer a backpass to the goalkeeper when everyone is upfield pressing the goals, then when everyone is making their way back into position Alexander punts it upfield to their defense, this pattern seem to be repeated time after time. Apart from Jig and little no one up front seem able to get a shot on target so we are not troubling these teams. Don't start me on corners. Do I understand why these teams seem able to put in a lot more effort than us, no. Do I think these teams are better than us, no. Do I want to blame Ally for our woes, no.
  8. I think some of it has been better than no football at all.
  9. Much better teams than ours have hit a lull at the point of winning a league.
  10. Look mate, I don't really take this anti-ally thing to seriously, it we manage to put together a convincing run in the league, win the Ramsden cup and do enough in the cups, half them will be on here joining the witch hunt. Meanwhile another crew will move in with something else to complain about. What I want to know is when a player gets into their late 20's does training not involve fitness, skills practice, I was led to believe that David Weir never even turned up for training, Basically I want to know is it possible to train out basic skills that players have been learning from their days at school. One thing I am worried about, with McCoist and Durrant taking training in Kennys absence are they applying themselves or just haveing a big carry on... I remember in the 9 in a row years the team was hardly ever sober, "the team that drinks together...." after the game at the weekend half the team went home to their mums for tea then a quick go on the Playstation before bed. Wheres the team bonding in there.
  11. I want to argue about that, but i won't. We won't be buying SPL players to compete in Division 2, we need to compete in the cups, I will be amazed if we bring a Full team in for next season, if we do, I might consider joining the anti-ally team, (nearly said brigade there, changed it quickly, don't want any of those squinty eyes)
  12. Scottish football is going to cut off its nose to spite us here, they know a colts team would generate much needed cash in the bottom division, it would probably also put more focus on the SFL. If you tied it to the bottom division and put on the proviso young scottish players only, this would then look like a positive move for Scottish football. However this would aid Rangers and there is still poison in the Air.
  13. I think if you were to pick any of our young players and loan them out to any club in the SFL they would stand out, not saying they would do it consistantly though.
  14. Is this just a random thought that popped into your head, last time I checked we are not in the market for rookie managers. Souness was our first and only player manager so not saying it a bad idea.
  15. Come on mate, an anti-ally poster trying to be resonable. My son is managing Rangers better than Ally, wasn't happy when I told him he couldnt transfer anybody in.
  16. EFFC, good luck to your club, if you think you will see the same Rangers team next year, think again. Next year the mission is seek and destroy. Scottish Football dropped us into the 3rd division and tried to emasculate us so we could not compete, this worked in the league and Scottish cups, we were always going to win the 3rd division, if we had had the chance to correct some faults in our team at the January window you wouldn't even be on here spouting this guff. No Surrender!!!!
  17. If you put on your blue coloured specs before viewing it all makes perfect sense, any other colour and you might as well forget it.
  18. Never want to see that at Rangers, its a slippery slope, that way lies ruin... Look at Man U, a lot of their success is simply down to continuity.
  19. The transfer embargo will screw up any chance of signing the best from the SFL, but we should definately be looking at players on freedom of contract even if it is just for the economics.
  20. Have always felt we underutilised the lower leagues, we do sign these players, they come to us by way of your Hearts and Motherwells, maybe our scouts need to look closer to home.
  21. Do you really believe Ally is to blame for the rest of European football moving on and leaving Scottish football behind, I think the Blame for this lies at the door of the SFA. Ally does take the blame for trying to make signing that would allow us to compete in the cups, maybe he should have cut his cloth and accepted we are playing in the 3rd division, I know, I would never have accepted that and neither would you.
  22. Can't disagree with that, just wonder how you motivate yourself at 34 years of age looking back over your career from the EPL to the Scottish 3rd division, fook am depressing maself
