  1. He gets beaten by teams with a higher budget, and better players. Took Aberdeen from under achieving, finishing 8th/9th consistently to 2nd. With or without us in the league, that is a decent record.
  2. Pena better than Miller as a no 10. McCrorie defending the defence, the best chance of defending we have. 3-0, no excuses from now on. Heard tonight in Gr6 "maybe it was Morelos' fault all along....", fickle minded do my head in
  3. The way I was watching tonight was pretty much an attacking 4-5-1, with Windass and Miller switching. McCrorie DM, over 2 upfront with one joining midfield (Miller) was what made tonight seem so easy.
  4. Looking forward to seeing Dorrans back with McCrorie and Jack behind. McCrorie was the best player on the pitch tonight imo, made Alves job easy.
  5. Formation didn't really change mate. Still 4 - 3 - 3 McCrorie in defensive mid was a good shout, the guy had an excellent game. I liked Windass and Miller switching around. Windass has so much potential, but always get the feeling he's in it for Josh, rather than Rangers. The Motherwell game at the start of the season summed his AS/ early Rangers career in up for me. Excellent on the ball, but didn't create (when it was easier than shooting) a scoring opportunity. Only praised because he ran 40 yards with the ball, then missed from a 10 degree angle. I always feel he should play more as a number 10, or even upfront on his own. He's got the size to hold the ball, pluss a bit of speed. Positive tonighht, just gutted I missed the first goal
  6. Just want to add that McCrorie in Dm was imo best player on the park, brilliant. Exactly what Jack, and Dorrans (should play where Pena started tonight) should have beside/behind them. He was like a white, lanky, glorious, gingerish Kante tonight. Penas first touch is still unbelievably bad, but the guy, 'looking fit' or not, is clearly a goal scorer/ creator. His first touch is awful, dreadful even, but his second is usually spot on.
  7. He closed down better that Miller, first half we were completely fine imo.
  8. What "'Mexicans' have been known to no cut it in Scotland" so far? Honest to fuck, do you think Pena and Herrera were the problem today?
