A good manager walks into this dressing room tomorrow and gets a far far better performance from this group of players. The squad isnt in good shape by any means but the formation and tactics we are using is the main issue here

If it was one or two players I would be highly critical however i find it strange that none of our players and especially our midfielders cannot find form to save themselves. They are constantly being rotated or played in weird positions.

Im saying on paper he should be a stick on starter. He is our best midfielder on the ball when on form and it's not even close. The issue I have is noone is on form or looks close to it. This isnt just a player problem its a coaching problem this amount of players do not just become bad. Davis however is absolutely finished and it was a joke we gave him a contract extension yet here we are.

The problem I have is I don't see any one player looking great under GVB. All of the players look like they have regressed badly under his management particularly since the summer where its clear he has began more clearly implementing his play style on the team. This is not going to work out. Kamara despite his shite performances of late should be a stick on starter partnered with lundstram. Davis and Jack should not be at the club nevermind anywhere near the starting 11.
