Theres more to it than just going out and looking for boys [that really doesnt sound rite],once you get lads of a good level its what you teach them once their at the club. Are our coaches good at their job,do they show these boys the correct things etc. coming in 2 or 3 times for a couple of hours is nowhere near enough,they need far more time spent on them than that. The basics seem to be lacking in Scottish boys e.g ball control,a wide range of passing,vision and a few other things.Personally and a may be way wrong but a dont think Scots word at their game they way they should,dont get me wrong for the boys going about in Scotland a think Rangers have got a fair few good ones the question is will Wally Smith give them a chance,cant see it although Murray says thats the way we are going.

Must admit am not a great Smith fan,but will back him as Rangers manger. Agreed with the comment about the younger players not getting a chance they never will under Smith, a watch alot of the reserve under 19s on RTV, and to me we have some very good boys at the club who could do wonders for Rangers in time but they must start being bleed into the 1st team. Dont know why they cant come on in games when we are a few goals up,and give them match time,we will lose boys like Fleck,Furman,Lennon,Shinnie etc. if Walter doesnt start intrducing them soon[which he wont].we,d be as well flogging Murray Park and giving it to Wally to spend.

Have to agree the wee man is better coming on in the last 20~25 mins, was very disappoint with our display tonight.
