The biggest disappointment is the first half. It was a mixture of wrong team selection, individual errors, poorly set up and a bit of bad luck. However you have to take a lot of optimism at how this team came back. Even with defeat today I wouldn't have been throwing in the towel but some on here should be embarrassed that they did. Whether we like it or not, the truth is this squad isn't good enough to compete for the title. We have struggles all over the park but we are competing for a title thanks to a gaffer capable of getting blood out a stone. This should have been a dead rubber today. If I told you 3 or 4 months ago at this stage we'd be where we are and disappointed with a draw coming back from two goals down you'd have laughed me out the forum. The draw still keeps us in a good position and the manner of the draw hurts them more than us. With the return of some key players I'm more hopeful than optimistic but I'm certainly not as deflated as some seem to be. Lots of points before we even worry about the game at their midden and both teams could drop points.

I'm a Clement guy but he fucked it with starting 11 and with our pressing instructions. We allowed them to walk the ball to the halfway line and weren't direct enough when they pressed us. He also took far too long to fix this but not sure how easy it is to fix from the touchline. Clearly addressed this at halftime and set us up high pressing 20 yards further up the pitch. The second half is how we have to set up against them every time. Only a good coach sees this and makes the changes but. Still shoulda made more changes at the break.

Overall we need to be positive after that. As poor as we were we went in 2-0 down to a freak goal and a penalty. We were going nowhere. Psychologically, this was massive for us and can have an adverse effect on them. I also think the gaffer has worked out that they struggle under the high press as do we. We won't set up like we did first half again. Nobody comes back in an old firm from 2-0 down so credit to the team for turning it around. Also lots of positives with big players being available.
