Haha I sort of did mate. Candeias is out on his own with 10 but then you've got: Tav, Murphy, Tierney, Forrest, Dembele, Scott Allan and Tait from Motherwell all joined on 7.

I know some people aren't massive on Murphy but he's joint second highest assist maker in the league and only joined towards the end of Jan. Extrapolate that across an entire season and you're looking at 14-15 assists - far more than ANYONE else in the league.

If Tav worked on his defending and had a bit more bite in the tackle he would be a cracking player. Very flawed defensively but a huge asset going forward - anyone who thinks otherwise is plain wrong. Understand that first and foremost he needs to be able to defend but it would make a hell of a difference to both Tav and us if we had a disciplined CDM who filled in when Tav goes forward. We don't, and haven't have had since Jack got injured. If Tav hadn't played today then fair enough we might not have conceded that fifth goal. But we also would have been about 6-0 down by then because he was the one who stepped up and got us going in the first place. He's nowhere near our biggest problem and, frankly, if anyone can suggest a better option on the sort of fees we're likely to pay then I'd love to hear it.

I don't think Tav always gets the credit he deserves. He's such an outlet for us and is one of those players who's always prepared to have a go. He never shies away from having the ball, unlike some. His deliveries are also generally top drawer. There's no-one else in the league who can whip a cross in like him - fantastic technique. The two balls in to Morelos the other week were five minutes or so apart. Both very different, but both pinpoint. IF we lose him in January, he will be a big loss. No way we replace a player of his quality with the pitiful sum we would doubtless get for him.

I like Tav but he was poor today. Defensively suspect but normally carries a threat going forward. Consistency is his biggest problem.

Love this guy. Confident he'll get at least 20 this season. Only really had one chance on Saturday yet he ended up with two goals! Must be a nightmare to play against.
